MetroSperm

MetroSperm is a handheld device for measuring spermatozoa concentration in boar semen.

Its main application is the preparation of insemination doses and their quality control, but it can also be used as a conventional photometer.

MetroSperm's key innovation is that its probe is immersed directly into the sample, without requiring any dilution nor any other preparation. It can measure concentrated ejaculates as well as dilute insemination doses.
This saves time and labware.
Errors are avoided.
